1. Dine-In Refunds

  • If there is an issue with your meal, please inform our staff immediately so we can resolve it.
  • Refunds are only provided in cases of:
    • Incorrect or missing items
    • Severe quality issues (e.g., undercooked food)
    • Food safety concerns
  • Refunds for partially consumed meals are at the manager’s discretion.

2. Takeaway & Delivery Refunds

  • If you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
  • We may offer a replacement, refund, or credit for a future order.
  • Refunds are not given for:
    • Customer ordering the wrong item
    • Change of mind after order preparation
    • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Dine-In Reservations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a fee.
  • Takeaway Orders: Once the order is prepared, cancellations are not possible.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (card, iDEAL, cash, etc.).
  • Processing times:
    • Card & digital payments: 3–5 business days
    • Cash payments: Refunded immediately (in-store only)
