Welcome to Mango Leaf! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing or using our website (mangoleaf.wecc.in) and our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Reservations & Cancellations
- Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
- We hold reservations for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, your table may be given to another guest.
- Cancellations or changes to reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- For group bookings (6+ people), a deposit may be required.
3. Orders & Payments
- Prices listed on the menu include VAT but exclude service charges where applicable.
- We accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payment methods (iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
- Once an order is placed and prepared, refunds or changes may not be possible.
- Online and takeaway orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- We take food allergies seriously. Please inform our staff about any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen space.
5. Refund & Complaint Policy
- If you experience an issue with your meal or service, please inform our staff immediately so we can resolve it.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect, missing, or severely substandard food items, at the management’s discretion.
- Complaints regarding food quality or service can be sent to utrecht@mangoleaf.nl, and we will respond within 48 hours.
6. Restaurant Etiquette & House Rules
- We maintain a respectful and family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to behave appropriately.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave in cases of disruptive behavior, intoxication, or failure to adhere to policies.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the restaurant unless approved by management.
7. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards purchased from Mango Leaf are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
- Discounts, promotions, and loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
8. Privacy Policy
- We collect and store customer information only for reservations, orders, and marketing purposes.
- We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

9. Liability & Disclaimer
- While we strive for accuracy, menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice.
- Mango Leaf is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages that may occur on our premises, except in cases of proven negligence.
